Chairman's Orders

Request City Manager request City Assessor provide City Council with a report looking at best practices used in other communities for assessing the values of waterfront properties.

Request City Manager provide City Council with a detailed report concerning each property that received a waterfront property code change in FY2011.

That City Council does hereby request the City Manager request our city's State Delegation file a Home Rule Petition requesting increasing the single/married income limits to reflect those of the Single Circuit Breaker and change the age requirement from 70 to 65.
