DISCUSSION ITEM – Status of City Manager’s Contract

The Committee recessed on a roll call to meet in Executive Session in the Law Library to discuss this topic.

 

Chairman’s Order request the Administration draft home rule legislation concerning the granting of automatic abatements of automobile excise taxes when a vehicle registration is transferred to another vehicle.

 

Chairman’s Order request the Municipal Operations Committee to meet with the City Assessor prior to the setting of the tax rate to review the process for assessing of commercial real estate.

 

Chairman’s Order request the Administration to report to the City Council concerning the hiring of a consultant for the analysis of space within City Hall and all remote city departments.
