Jo Hart request City of Worcester work with the Worcester Redevelopment Authority (WRA) to put on hold its original Downtown Urban Revitalization Plan, already approved by the State, so that more public meetings can be held, with a change of focus from those original parcels selected for developers, to a more fair solution using City Hall as the center for a true "downtown" physical area and for the City to assist owners of buildings in need of help without using the State or eminent domain.
