Mayor Petty moved to Suspend the Rules to recognize Councilor Bergman who wanted to make note that today, on the anniversary of the death of Esther Howland for which this Chamber was named, now has on display, above her plaque, two Valentines which are beautiful examples of her work. The Valentines were purchased and donated to the City of Worcester by Councilor Bergman.
