That the City Council of the City of Worcester hereby strongly supports the Massachusetts Personal Care Attendant (PCA) program and the organized PCA workforce; and respectfully urges the state administration and the PCA Quality Home Care Workforce Council to negotiate in good faith for a new collective bargaining agreement that benefits the PCA Program, workforce and consumers.
