Recommend that Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars And No Cents ($450,000.00) be transferred from the following accounts: $100,000.00 from Account #; 250-91000, Police Department Salaries, and $350,000.00 from Account #663-96000, Health Insurance, and appropriated to the police department overtime account 250-97000. This transfer is necessary to cover a deficit in the overtime account resulting from multiple investigations and activities requiring addtional officers providing patrols and investigations on an overtime basis.

FROM THE COMMITTEE ON YOUTH, PARKS AND RECREATION - Request City Manager and the Commissioner of Public Works and Parks provide City Council with a report concerning the timing and type of pool facility planned to be constructed at Holmes Field.

FROM THE COMMITTEE ON YOUTH, PARKS AND RECREATION - Request City Manager provide City Council with a detailed timeline for all steps taking place to develop and roll out a new City Youth Council that includs the proposed input from organizations conducting youth programs throughout the city.
