Mayor O'Brien recognized Councilor Haller who spoke to her concerns as to future installation of underground conduits and if there is someone from the administration reviewing conduit installation plans to make sure they would be compatible to future tree plantings. City Manager stated the city does review conduit installation plans and will provide a report by Commissioner Moylan outlining the review process. Order adopted

O'Brien, be and is hereby authorized on behalf of the City Council of the City of Worcester to execute an amendment to the employment contract with Mr. Michael V. O'Brien dated December 5, 2006.
