Eddy on behalf of the Regional Environmental Council and the Arboretum Community Garden request City of Worcester provide water service to a community garden located at Hadwen Arboretum at the corner of Lovell and May Streets in accordance with the Public Works and Parks Department Policy for providing water for Community Gardens. The garden will be used by residents of the community for the purpose of organic farming. Water will be used efficiently following best management practices for outdoor water use.
