29.     Request City Manager collaborate with the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce to establish a Speaker’s Bureau comprised of appropriate City Personnel paired with appropriate businesspeople who would be available to sell Worcester to new businesses. 30.     Request City Manager work with area businesses, the Worcester Regional Transit Authority and local colleges to develop a solution during calendar 2006 to the problem of transporting students to and from the downtown shopping district and between the various college campuses.
