request to rescind the passenger zone for the area in front of 120 Front St.,
which is on the east side, from a point 200 ft. north of Franklin St., to a
point 360 ft. north of Franklin St., and in it’s place approve 30 minute
parking meters to include handicap parking which is proximate to the building
entrance: recommend adoption of the accompanying Order and passage of the
