F.      Recommend that Six Hundred Ninety Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Six Dollars and Forty Four Cents ($690,996.44) be transferred from Account #330-42 FEMA Reimbursement Snow Removal, to Account #441-92000, DPW Snow Removal, to transfer funds recently received from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for the January 22, 2005, Declaration of Emergency, reducing the snow removal deficit to $3.5 million, as projected in the FY 06 budget.

 

I further request that Two Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Dollars and Five Cents ($267,780.05) be transferred from and to the accounts listed to balance certain citywide ordinary maintenance accounts for Fiscal 2005. 

 

Lastly, I request that One Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Four Dollars ($133,424.00) be transferred from Account #47C501, Worcester Airport AIP Project (PFC), to Account 330-77, Airport Passenger Facility Chargers, to place funds in the appropriate city account to finance the debt service expenses of the Worcester Regional Airport in accordance with the FY 2005 and FY 2006 Airport operating budget. G.      SUPPLEMENTAL - Recommend that the Fiscal Year 2006 Worcester Police Department Budget be amended by transferring Two Million Three Hundred and Nine Thousand Dollars ($2,309,000.00), City Manager’s Contingency Account and appropriated to Account #250-91000, Police Department Personal Services, to finance the contract settlement entered into with the Police Officers, represented by the International Brotherhood of Police Officers, Local 378.
