23g.          Request Administration provide City Council with data to either back-up or refute statements in the Winter Parking Ban – End of Season report that this past year’s operations were more expensive by reason of the alternative parking ban.  Report to include hours of plowing per inch of snow.   Motion-Irish @ #24B CM – Adopted

 

23h.          Request Administration report as to costs already incurred to publicize the winter parking ban, for what purpose and if the City is going to get more information out what the projected costs would be.  Motion-Lukes @ #24B CM
