26.          Request City Manager report how the sick leave might be better enforced to reduce the amount of sick days taken by employees of the City.

 

27.          Request City Manager to request a legal opinion from the City Solicitor defining the authority of the Municipal Operations Committee to negotiate and enter into employment contracts with the City Clerk and City Auditor and to survey other cities and towns for examples of employment contracts with their City Clerk and Auditor.

28.          Request the Worcester Regional Transit Authority to report if there is bus access between Union Station and the Worcester Regional Airport and also report what plans are being considered to implement such service if less than satisfactory service currently exists.
