WPD Vice Squad Search Warrant Nabs Dorchester Man for Crack Cocaine Distribution

Worcester, MA (June 28, 2017) – On Wednesday, June 28, 2017, members of the WPD Vice Squad obtained a search warrant for an apartment located at 50 Dorchester Street; the target of the search warrant was the resident of the apartment, 31-year-old Mr. Eugene Siaw.

At approximately 2:00 PM, members of the vice squad made a forced entry into apartment #1-B. When the door was forced open officers discovered Mr. Siaw standing in the common hallway of the apartment. Mr. Siaw was immediately placed in handcuffs and searched. The search produced 4 clear knotted plastic baggies that contained crack cocaine.

A search of the apartment produced an additional 18 knotted plastic baggies that contained crack cocaine, a digital scale and more unused plastic baggies that are typically used in the packaging of narcotics for street level sale. The search also netted 4 cell phones and $1,020 in cash.

Mr. Siaw was charged with Possession of Class B Substance with the Intent to Distribute.

Mr. Siaw will be arraigned tomorrow, June 29, 2017 at the Worcester County District Courthouse.
