WPD Vice Search Two Addresses and Recover Money and Drugs

Worcester, MA (October 25, 2017) - On Wednesday, October 25, 2017, members of the WPD Vice Squad were in possession of a search warrant for 12 ½ Norfolk Street and for 47 Eastern Avenue. The targets of the search warrants were Laura Modig, 48-years-old of 47 Eastern Avenue and Bonnie Dulmaine, 46-years-old of 12 ½ Norfolk Street.

At approximately 9:50 AM, vice officers executed the search warrants for the two addresses. Inside the Norfolk address were the two named targets along with Jodi Walsh, 46-years-old of 317 Oxford Street North, Auburn, Brian Boulay, 48-years-old of 44 Adella Street, Auburn and Alfred Trudell, 50-years-old of 21 Litchfield Street, Worcester.

Officers secured the five and read them their rights per Miranda. The five were also given an opportunity to review the search warrant.

A search of Ms. Modig produced a plastic bag of Percocet pills (class B substance) and $157 in cash, a search of Mr. Trudell produced a pouch that contained heroin, a search of Mr. Boulay produced 5 small clear plastic baggies that contained heroin and a search of both Ms. Dulmaine and Ms. Walsh produced negative results.

A search of the Norfolk apartment produced an eye glass case that contained 22 clear knotted baggies that contained heroin, $218 in cash in one location, 3 boxes of plastic baggies, a bag of latex gloves, two working scales, an electric stun gun, Alprazolam pills (class E substance), Buprenorphine pills (class B substance), Percocet pills (class B substance) and approximately $33,141 in recovered cash from a bedroom. The recovered heroin weighed in at approximately 11 grams.

The search of the Eastern Avenue apartment produced 4 pills of Tramadol, a class E substance.

The five were placed under arrest.

Mr. Boulay was charged with Possession of Class A Substance.

Ms. Walsh was charged with Knowingly Being Present Where Heroin is Kept.

Mr. Trudell was charged with Possession of Class A Substance.

Ms. Modig was charged with Possession of Class A Substance with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Class B Substance and Possession of Class E Substance.

Ms. Dulmaine was charged with Possession of an Electric Stun Gun, Possession of Class A Substance with the Intent to Distribute (second or subsequent offense), Possession of Class B Substance and Possession of Class E Substance.

All five will be arraigned on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the Worcester County District Courthouse.
