The males entered a different vehicle this time, a 2004 Honda Accord. The Honda drove off. Undercover officers attempted to follow the Honda but the driver was operating the vehicle erratically and at a high rate of speed. As a result, the undercover officers lost sight of the Honda. However, the Honda ended up at the Upsala address where vice officers were still positioned. Mr. Fontanez was seen entering the apartment. The Honda drove off. Some of the officers prepared to enter the apartment while others followed the Honda once again. At approximately 4:25 PM, the Honda was stopped at on Grafton Street at Rice Square. At approximately 4:33 PM, officers made entry into the Upsala Street apartment. Mr. Fontanez was the only person inside.
