Worcester, MA (June 26, 2013) - On June 25, 2013 members of the Worcester Police Vice Squad were in possession of a search warrant for 1 Eames Ave. Officers set up surveillance around the dwelling. At approximately 5:30 PM members of Vice Squad made entry into the home. Officers located 48-year-old Edgardo Rivera who was a named target of the search warrant.
As a result of the search, police recovered the following:
Mr. Rivera did not have license to carry a firearm or FID card. During the investigation, police discovered that the firearm was stolen.
Additional evidence included drug paraphernalia, heroin residue, numerous items containing white powder inside, paperwork and drug packaging material.
At approximately 6:20 PM a vehicle arrived at the house. The operator of the vehicle was identified as 32-year-old Fallon Peterson. The passenger was identified as 43-year-old Edil Lebron who was also a named target of the search warrant. Mr. Lebron was in possession of 10 heroin packets. Inside the vehicle officers recovered drug packaging material and paperwork.
Edgardo Rivera, 48, of 12 Eureka Street Apartment 1, Worcester was charged with Improperly Storing a Firearm, Use of a Firearm in a Felony, Receiving Stolen Property Over $250, Possession of a Firearm/Ammunition without an FID Card and Possession of Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute.
Edil Lebron, 43, of 39 Stoneland Road, Apartment 3, Worcester was charged with Possession of Class A Substance and Knowing Where Heroin is Present/Kept.
Fallon Peterson, 31, of 938 Clark Street, Worcester was charged with Knowing Where Heroin is Present/Kept.
All three arrested will be arraigned today at the Worcester County District Courthouse.
