Worcester, MA (March 1, 2017) -VICTOR D. KELLEY (D.O.B. 8/4/87) is wanted on a warrant obtained by Worcester Police charging him with assault with intent to murder; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon; and firearms violations.
Shortly after 1 a.m. on October 15, 2014, a gunman shot the victim multiple times outside the Diamond Inn on Grafton Street in Worcester. Responding Worcester Police officers found the male victim on the ground suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and observed a male suspect running from the scene. The officers pursued in the direction the suspect had run but could not locate him.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and treated for serious injuries. Worcester Police subsequently identified KELLEY as the gunman and obtained the arrest warrant.
KELLEY was 27 years old at the time of the shooting and is 29 now. At the time of the shooting he lived in Worcester; he also has ties to Maryland. His nickname is "Buster."
KELLEY is 6'1" tall and when last seen weighed around 150 pounds with a thin build. He is black, with black hair and brown eyes.
KELLEY has a tattoo of his initials "VK" on the right side of his neck. His left forearm is completely inked with tattoos and he has additional tattoos on his left bicep and left shoulder.
Known to have had access to firearms in the past, KELLEY should be considered Armed and Dangerous.
