Police Respond to Report of Shots Fired on Harrison St

Worcester, MA (April 22, 2017) - On Saturday, April 22, 2017 at approximately 3:50 AM Worcester Police responded to the vicinity of 74-82 Harrison Street for a report of gunshots. Officers received an alert from ShotSpotter, gunshot detection technology, indicating that shots were fired in the area. At the scene, officers recovered ballistic evidence adjacent from the People’s Market (near Providence Street and Harrison Street).

There were no injuries reported. The investigation continues.
