Worcester, MA (January 13, 2012) - On Thursday, January 12, 2012, at approximately 6:30 PM, several officers were patrolling the area of 30 Chandler Street in unmarked cruisers. Two officers from the Gang Unit observed Juan Delgado and Sherry Devine making a drug transaction in a parking lot on Chandler Street. Police approached the two suspects, and seized crack cocaine from Devine.

Juan Delgado, 29 years old of 20 May Street, Worcester was arrested and charged with Distribution of Class B Crack Cocaine and a Drug Violation within 1000 Ft of a School Zone (Chandler Magnet).

Sherry Devine, 48 years old of 12 Tirrell Street, Worcester was arrested and charged with Possession of Class B Crack Cocaine.

Delago and Devine were arraigned at the Worcester County District Court House on January 13, 2012.
