Pizza Delivery Driver Carjacked on Ashmont Ave

Worcester, MA (June 6, 2017) – On Tuesday June 6th at about 10:20 PM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to Millbury St for a report of a carjacking that occurred on Ashmont Ave. The victim reported that he had just delivered food to Ashmont Ave when two males, one with a black hooded sweatshirt and one with a white hooded sweatshirt, ran towards him armed with knives. Both suspects had hoods pulled over their faces. Fearing for his life, the driver ran from the car. The suspects took the vehicle and drove away, turning right on to Quinsigamond Ave. The victim called his co-workers, who gave him a ride back to his workplace. He was not injured.

The victim said that both suspects were about 5’7”. Further details are limited. The vehicle is currently in the system as stolen. The vehicle is a 2001 Gray Honda Civic, Mass Reg. 1TH748.
