Parolee Fails Drug Test While in Possession of Cocaine

Worcester, MA (March 6, 2012) - On March 6, 2012 Michael Wilcox, 22, was taken into custody after violating conditions of his parole by testing positive in a urine drug screen. As a result of this violation arrest, parole officer Michael Kemp searched Wilcox and discovered 18 knotted baggies containing cocaine and $850.00 cash. Worcester Police detectives were then called to the Massachusetts Parole Board Regional Office in Worcester. Police transported Mr. Wilcox to the Worcester Police Station where he was booked.

Wilcox of 168 Beacon Street was charged with Possession of Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute.

Wilcox was arraigned at the Worcester County District Court House on March 6, 2012.
