Worcester, MA (April 11, 2013) - On Thursday April 11, 2013 at approximately 4:33 PM Worcester Police responded to the area of 195 Mill Street for a report of an armed robbery and stabbing. Upon police arrival they met with an 18-year-old victim. The victim was suffering from a serious cut to his head and face. According to the victim, he was at the Washington Heights apartment complex to meet with a friend.
The victim stated that he was approached by two males. One male was holding a knife while the other was in possession of a sawed off shotgun. The victim was robbed of cash and his cell phone.
The suspect’s were described as two black males, 18 to 20 years of age, both approximately 6’0” tall, medium build with both wearing dark sweatshirts.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and is in serious condition with non-life threatening injuries.
