Worcester, MA (September 15, 2017) - On Friday, September 15, 2017, at approximately 1:42 AM, Worcester Police responded to an Adams Street address for a report of a domestic disturbance. Several police units responded. Officers at the scene made two arrests and were heading back to their cruisers to depart. As officers approached their marked police vehicles they observed a male open one of the doors to the cruiser and completely enter the vehicle. The officers approached the cruiser and asked the male to step out. The male exited the cruiser.
The male began to get combative as officers approached him. After a brief struggle he was placed in handcuffs. The male began to yell expletives at the officers creating an even greater disturbance.
The male was identified as Adelmi Villa, 30-years-old of 57 Vernon Street. Mr. Villa was charged with Breaking and Entering into a Motor Vehicle in the Nighttime with the Intent to Commit a Felony, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct.
