Worcester, MA (November 16, 2012) - On November 15, 2012 members of the Worcester Police Vice Squad obtained a search warrant for 66 Houghton Street, Apartment #1. The officers set up surveillance early in the morning. At approximately 9:00 AM the undercover officers observed the target of the warrant, Mr. Asteroids Lometry, 37 years old of the Houghton Street address, exit the apartment. Mr. Lometry was shown a copy of the warrant while the officers escorted him back inside.

A search of the apartment discovered 20 packets of heroin, 1.8 grams of crack cocaine, 1 oxycodone pill and a digital scale, cut corner baggies (for packaging) and paper work belonging to Mr. Lometry.

Mr. Lometry was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Class A with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of Class B with the Intent to Distribute and two counts of a Drug Violation within 1,000 Feet of a School.

Mr. Lometry was transported to police headquarters and processed; he was then transported to the Worcester County District Courthouse later on in the day.
