Worcester, MA (March 30, 2017) - On Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at approximately 3:00 AM, Worcester Police responded to 353 Grafton Street, the Honey Farms market, for a report of an unarmed robbery. Upon the officers arrival they met with the store clerk. According to the clerk, a white male, wearing a dark colored jacket with a hood pulled up over his head, entered the store and asked the clerk where the bottled water was located. The male approached the counter with his purchase and handed the clerk a torn dollar bill. The clerk opened the cash register and was attempting to tape the bill together when the suspect reached over the counter and grabbed money that was in the drawer. The clerk attempted to close the drawer but the suspect managed to run off with an undisclosed amount of money.

This incident was forwarded to the Detective Bureau for further investigation. A detective interviewed the clerk and obtained a copy of the surveillance video that captured the incident.
