Worcester, MA (March 4, 2010) - On 03-04-10 at 0039 hours, unknown persons attempted to gain entry to the first floor apartment at 94 Sterling Street. Shortly after that, several shots were fired through the door from outside to inside.

There were 6 people inside of the apartment at the time of the shooting, a 32-year-old male, a 31-year-old woman, and 4 children. Both the 32-year-old male and 31-year-old-female were shot. The children were uninjured. The male was pronounced deceased shortly thereafter at a local hospital. The female was undergoing surgery. All names are being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
