Worcester, MA (January 4, 2012) - The Worcester Police is pleased to announce that Kathleen Daly, former Worcester News Tonight/Channel 3 news reporter, has been hired as a Media Specialist. Ms. Daly’s addition will enhance the dissemination of information directly to the public. With Ms. Daly’s experience and expertise, the Worcester Police Department will be looking forward into utilizing all modern social media technologies and platforms. Our goal is to get pertinent information out to the community as accurately and timely as possible with the focus on maintaining the integrity and responsibility of good reporting while honoring the responsibilities of our law enforcement obligations.
