At approximately 2:30 PM, undercover officers observed a gold colored Nissan Altima parked on Millbury Street by Esther Street. The driver, later identified as Victor Jimenez, 32-years-old of 6 Payson Street, Worcester, was sitting in the car for a period of time and not moving. Officers began to watch him when another vehicle pulled up and stopped behind him. The female driver of the second vehicle exited the vehicle and approached Mr. Jimenez driver’s window. Officers observed a quick hand to hand exchange. The female went back to her vehicle and drove off.

Vice officers followed the female in unmarked police vehicles as she drove off. The officers stopped the female and questioned her about her activities. Meanwhile other undercover officers followed Mr. Jimenez as he drove off.

No drugs were discovered in the female vehicle.

Mr. Jimenez drove to Lancaster Street and was seen meeting up with two occupants in a Hyundai. A female exited the passenger side of the Hyundai and approached Mr. Jimenez. The officers once again witnessed a quick hand to hand exchange. The female went back to the passenger seat of the Hyundai and drove off.

Officers stopped the Hyundai at the corner of Gold Star Blvd and Millbrook Street. Officers approached the car and spoke with a male driver. The two in the vehicle were informed of the officer’s observations. The female informed the officers that the drugs were in her purse. Three small baggies of heroin were retrieved from the purse. Officers took possession of the drugs and secured for evidence.

Once the officers confirmed that drugs were discovered in the Hyundai officers signaled Mr. Jimenez to stop. Mr. Jimenez was stopped by Ararat Street and Route 190 off ramp. A search of Mr. Jimenez produced 5 small baggies of heroin, 3 small baggies of crack cocaine and one small baggie of cocaine. Mr. Jimenez was also in possession of $597.00.

Mr. Jimenez was charged with Distribution of Class A Substance, Possession of Class A Substance with the Intent to Distribute and Possession of Class B Substance with the Intent to Distribute.
