Weight Loss and Physical Activity Challenge

The Worcester Department of Health and Human Services is launching a Weight Loss and Physical Activity Challenge! We encourage city residents to make personal weight loss and physical activity goals. Each time you reach a personal milestone, record the number of pounds you've lost and/or the number of miles you've walked, run or biked. The ticker at the top of the Summer Fitness Series page will keep track of how many pounds we've lost and how many miles we've walked as a city. Log as often as you’d like and help us become a city of physical fitness!
