The Worcester Department of Health and Human Services is launching a Weight Loss and Physical Activity Challenge! We encourage city residents to make personal weight loss and physical activity goals. Each time you reach a personal milestone, record the number of pounds you've lost and/or the number of miles you've walked, run or biked. The ticker at the top of the Summer Fitness Series page will keep track of how many pounds we've lost and how many miles we've walked as a city. Log as often as you’d like and help us become a city of physical fitness!
Please enter your email address to begin logging your personal milestones!
The Worcester Parks Summer Fitness Series is a 17-week program presented by the YWCA Central MA and Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA in partnership with the City of Worcester.
