The Summer Fitness Series for 2019 has completed. Thank you all for a great summer!
The Worcester Parks Summer Fitness Series is a 17-week program presented by the YWCA Central MA and Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA in partnership with the City of Worcester. The program runs from June 3 through September 28 Mondays through Saturdays at 10 different parks. Classes range from boot camp to yoga to dance, with family-friendly options. Classes are offered in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
The goal of this program is to provide Worcester residents with opportunities to engage in physical activity, build community and spend the summer becoming a healthier Worcester. We hope to see you there!
