    Buffalo Soldiers & Goal Setting will address the history of the Buffalo Soldiers (African Americans who fought in the Civil War), their contribution to the US Military and how the Buffalo Soldiers can inspire Older Americans to set goals and recapture their professionalism and sense of community engagement.     The Worcester Senior Center is a bright, welcoming place for all seniors, their families and caregivers, elder service providers and the community at large. Approximately one mile from City Hall, the Center has ample on-site, free parking. There is a strong emphasis on health and wellness programming, in addition to fitness, intergenerational events, support groups, arts & crafts classes, multi-cultural programs, computer classes and various other educational and recreational activities.
