    The Gentle Cardiac Rehab Study is the first study that suggests that Tai Chi exercise may improve exercise behaviors for heart attack survivors: Learn how slow and gentle movements of tai chi hold promise as an alternative exercise option for patients who had a heart attack and are not able to attend traditional cardiac rehabilitation. A Tai Chi demonstration by Master Keenan will follow the talk. Refreshments sponsored by Lutheran Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center Please register by calling 508-799-1232.
