On Saturday, April 14, 2018, at approximately 3:00 AM, A Worcester Police officer assigned to the Union Station precinct was monitoring the building security cameras. At this time the officer observed a male by the front doors pulling on the handles and kicking at the door glass. The officer noticed that one of the doors was getting damaged by the relentless kicking.
The two officers assigned to the sub-station approached the male outside and inquired about the damaged property. The male was identified as Ismael Torres, 31-years-old of 58 Charlton Street. Mr. Torres appeared intoxicated and laughed when told that he was being arrested for the damaged door.
Mr. Torres was charged with Loitering and Malicious Destruction of Property over the Value of $250.00
Mr. Torres will be arraigned at the Worcester County District Courthouse.
