Worcester Police Detectives Investigate Babies Left Alone

For Immediate Release: 7/3/2019 12:04 pm

On the morning of July 3rd at about 12:15 AM, Worcester Police were dispatched to a Cambridge St address for a check on the welfare. Railroad employees located twin male babies, approximately nine months old, by themselves in the area of the railroad tracks near Kansas St. The employees called 911 and paramedics responded and took the children to the hospital. The babies appeared to be unharmed.

Worcester Police Detectives and DCF are investigating the case. The children have been identified and are currently in DCF custody. We have no more information to release at this time.
