On September 4th, 2019, a Worcester Police officer working with the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force went to a Tirrell St address to arrest Gabriel Padin, twenty-three-years-old, on a warrant. The officer observed Mr. Padin push the third floor window out and begin to throw items to the ground. Officers entered the residence, located Mr. Padin inside, and placed him under arrest for the warrant. They went to the alley next to the address and observed the blue container that Mr. Padin had thrown from the window. It was a bleach container with a false bottom, and contained a large amount of what is believed to be heroin, suspected powder cocaine, and Oxycodone pills. In addition to the warrant, Mr. Padin is charged with Trafficking in Cocaine 200+ Grams, Trafficking in Heroin 36-100 Grams, and Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B. He will be arraigned in Worcester District Court.
