On November 10, 2019 at approximately 7:00 AM Worcester Police responded to a local emergency room for a report of a stabbing victim. Officers spoke with a 29-year-old male who was suffering from a stab wound to his finger. According to the victim he was walking back from the 7-11 on June Street when he was approached by a suspect who attempted to rob him. A physical altercation broke out between the victim and suspect. During the altercation the suspect deployed folding knife. The suspect began to swing the knife at the victim causing a laceration to his finger and cuts along his arms.
The suspect is described as a White male, 5’6" tall, skinny, and wearing dark clothing.
The investigation is ongoing.
