17 year old female was found by her family on 6-6-1989 in Bell Hill Park after being reported missing the day before. Melendez was supposed to graduate from North High School on 6-5-1989 but never showed up to her graduation rehearsal at 9:00 AM. Melendez was last seen returning her work van to Sani-Mate on Shrewsbury Street.
UPDATE: Forensic evidence is currently being tested.
