A neighborhood watch group is an awareness program in which neighbors report suspicious activities to the police. Such programs cost nothing to start and maintain. A group of neighbors simply have to get together and discuss how they can work together to prevent crime in their community, street or development. The Worcester Police Department will help you to start this type of program. For further information, contact the Community Impact Division at 508-799-8682.
