Health & Wellness Information

The public health nurses are a health resource in the city. In addition to the screening and patient education provided in our clinics, the nurses routinely answer questions regarding access to health care, health insurance, community health services and general health issues. Additionally, they respond to requests from community groups for formal educational presentation within their area of expertise.

It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Free Clinics

There are several free clinics in the Worcester area staffed by medical and allied health professionals to assist people who are uninsured or underinsured with the healthcare needs. The Free Clinics Flyer (86KB) lists some of the services available at these clinics. While every effort is made to ensure that the list accurately reflects the services available at each clinic, please call the individual clinics with questions. Services are subject to change without notice.
