TAI CHI FOR HEALTHY AGING PROGRAM is based on the evidence based Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance protocol. The program recommends six months of classes that meet twice per week in quiet practice space and stable chairs provided. Free of charge. No prior experience required. Snacks and water provided.
