MCPHS Senior Fitness Test
Thurs. March 30 9 -11am
MCPHS students will conduct a test that covers many areas of fitness for the older adult including upper & lower body strength, aerobic endurance, upper and lower body flexibility and balance. There are 6 tests that will be administered and the results of these tests will be interpreted for you to see where you are within your age group for overall fitness. The tests are easy and can be modified for any person. The results should help you focus on prevention and overall healthy physical activity.
