Exercise is extremely helpful for people of all ages. It helps maintain and improve physical strength, improve coordination and ability to do everyday activities. It increases balance, manages disease states, and reduces depression. The Go4Life campaign recommends 4 different areas of exercise for elderly, strength, balance, flexibility and endurance.
