    Know Your City Series continues with the Office of Human Rights and Disabilities

    Mon. May 8, 10am-11am

    The Office of Human Rights and Disabilities assures that every resident shall have equal access to and benefit from all public services, we strive to protect every individual in the enjoyment and exercise of civil rights and encourage and work to foster mutual understanding and respect among all individuals of the city. Multilingual know your rights resource materials are available on a range of topics including disability rights, housing and tenants’ rights and responsibilities, consumer education and much more. Staff conducts intakes and provides mediation and/or legal referrals for residents who have been the victim of discrimination, fraud, scams and/or identify theft.
