    1TOUCH™ –Self Defense for the Blind

    Thursday, March 16 • 10:30–11:30 am

    1TOUCH ™ is a life empowering self-defense skill designed for the visually impaired. It is taught“hands on”, peer to peer, by sighted and blind/visually impaired certified 1TOUCH™ coaches. It capitalizes on senses other than sight, and does not involve physical strength and therefore anyone, male or female, regardless of age, and regardless of the presence of 20-20 vision or the lack thereof, is capable of learning it. Come participate in a 1TOUCH™ demonstration. To register call 508-799-1232 or stop by the front desk.
