The Office of Human Rights assists clients in finding more permanent solutions to meet their needs by referring clients to a variety of social service agencies and programs.

Access to Justice Program in Worcester Trial Court
The mission of the initiative is to guide and coordinate resources to broaden access to civil justice for all litigants; to work with judicial leaders to develop long and short range goals, and to work with organizations outside of the court to implement access to justice initiatives and protocols.

American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU)
For almost 100 years, the ACLU has worked to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the United States.

Community Legal Aid
Civil legal aid provides free legal help with non-criminal problems such as evictions, foreclosures, domestic violence, unfair consumer practices, and access to disability benefits.

Fair Housing and Urban Development
The mission of the Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) is to eliminate housing discrimination, promote economic opportunity, and achieve diverse, inclusive communities by leading the nation in the enforcement, administration, development, and public understanding of federal fair housing policies and laws.

MA Commission Against Discrimination
The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) was established in 1946 as the state’s chief civil rights agency charged with the authority to investigate, prosecute, adjudicate and resolve cases of discrimination.

MassLegalServices offers resources and information about legal issues facing lower income Massachusetts residents to legal services advocates and social services professionals.

Mass Legal Help
MassLegalHelp.org's mission is to use the Web in new and creative ways to improve access to justice for low income and disadvantaged people. We are working to connect, support, and educate advocates and the general public. The content of the website is written by people within the legal services community.

The Mass AGO serves as an advocate and resource for the Commonwealth and its residents in many areas, including protecting consumers, combating fraud and corruption, protecting civil rights, and promoting meaningful economic recovery

Racial Equity Tools
Racial Equity Tools is designed to support individuals and groups working to achieve racial equity. The Accessibility Division ensures that all Worcester residents and visitors with disabilities have access to city programs and services by providing information and referral, advocacy, outreach and educational programs.
