ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
DIVISION OF YOUTH OPPORTUNITIES

The Academic Administrative Assistants will support the Division of Youth Opportunities by performing general administrative tasks pertaining to the hiring of seasonal staff for the spring 2022 Recreation Worcester Program. The Administrative Assistants will be responsible for tracking and scoring employment applications, coordinating interviews between the interview team and potential candidates, participating in interviews on an as-needed basis, assisting with tracking hiring paperwork for new hires as well as following up with candidates on items that may require attention. Other responsibilities include data entry, file management, and other clerical duties related to the day-to-day operations of the Division of Youth Opportunities.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
SALARY: $17.00 hourly, part-time, seasonal, non-benefitted.
