The Human Resources Department is seeking a Benefits Intern to assist with various aspects of bene-fits and customer service. The Benefits intern will primarily assist with data entry into multiple data-bases and file management. This position will assist with front office coverage as needed, and will pro-vide exemplary customer service both in person and over the phone. Additionally, the Benefits Intern will assist with related projects and tasks, with some involvement in employment processes.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; strong time management skills and attention to detail; ability to maintain professionalism under all circumstances; ability to perform basic math functions; ability to manage multiple priorities/multitask in a fast paced environment; ability to work with diverse populations; ability to operate standard office equipment; and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SALARY RANGE: $14.00 hourly, 30 hours/week, temporary, non-benefitted
