The City of Worcester DPW & Parks is seeking applicants interested in the position of Motor Equipment Repairman. Typical duties include repair and maintenance functions on a wide variety of municipal vehicles. Modern, clean and well-lit garage.
Full uniform service provided free of charge. Annual bonuses ranging from $1,560 to $3,640 for select ASE certifications; also receive $150 annual boot allowance. Specialized technical training offered on an ongoing basis. Overtime is available.
Prior professional experience as a mechanic is preferred. Shift work may be required.

Proof of possession of a valid and current MA CDL license is required at time of registration. Candidates in this classification are subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
