Worcester Regional Incident Dispatch Team

The Worcester Regional Incident Dispatch Team (WRIDT) provides an on-scene communications and coordination support team, supervises the communications network and provides command post assistance to the IC. The WRIDT can also provide resource accountability and status support. The WRIDT concept puts the communicator's everyday skills of multi-tasking, attention to detail, hearing and repeating accurately the information transmitted at the incident scene to use for the benefit of the IC.
