Resident Vehicle Sticker Permit and a Visitor's Pass

A copy of your current registration certificate issued by the RMV, registered to the permit street address.
According to The City of Worcester Parking Ordinance Chapter 13 §38(b): the City approves a Resident Permit Parking zone on a public street and residents of that zone are eligible to participate in this program by purchasing sticker permits and/or passes to park in this area.
No Resident Sticker or Visitor Pass shall be issued unless the resident presents all the required proof of residency in the form of one of the following:
All parking fines and/or penalties and all excise taxes and/or penalties due to the City of Worcester on all vehicles registered to all household members must be paid in full prior to issuance of any stickers or permits to household members. The new permits will be mailed to the address on record or given in person at the Parking Administration Office when all the information has been verified.
NOTE: Permits must be renewed by July 1, and are valid through June 30. If a permit is not renewed by July 1, any ticket issued due to expired Resident Parking Permit will be the responsibility of the Registered Owner.
If you are interested in participating in this program, purchase of the permits can be done by MAIL or by person. Make check or money order payable to: City of Worcester. DO NOT MAIL CASH.
Return the completed Residential Parking Permit Application (78KB), proof of residency, copy of vehicle registration and required fees ($10 for each sticker, $5 for a visitor pass - one per household) to:
